Chiles & Company operates this website and builds Max Knowledge, the Recursive Improvement Platform. It works with Microsoft 365. Biltmore Management Advisors (BMA) is the consulting arm of Chiles & Company and delivers implementation and Lean coaching. The public site for BMA is its own website, biltmoremanagementadvisors.si. These terms cover this website only.
The site describes Max Knowledge and how a company can ask for a discovery session. You do not need an account to read it. There is no customer login on this website.
This website does not sell subscriptions, take payment, or offer a free trial. Public prices are not listed. Scope and price are discussed in a discovery session and, if we proceed, in a separate written agreement.
A complimentary 30-minute discovery session is a conversation, not a contract. Scope is discussed in person and shaped to the operation. Asking for a session, or our agreeing to a time, does not obligate either side to buy or sell anything.
Paid use of Max Knowledge, and consulting work by BMA, require a written agreement that is not this page. If a written agreement conflicts with these terms, the written agreement controls. That agreement does not exist until both sides sign it.
Do not use the site or the form to break the law, to send malware, to probe or disrupt the site, or to submit someone else's personal information without a right to do so. We may ignore or block submissions that look automated or abusive. This website has no public community, so there is no user content to host beyond the inquiry you send us.
The site's text, layout, and brand marks are owned by Chiles & Company or its licensors. You may read them and share links to public pages. You may not copy the site, the product screens, or the brand marks for your own product or marketing without written permission.

We do not take a license to your company's documents, data, or know-how through this website. Those topics belong in a written agreement.
