This notice describes the marketing website, the discovery-session form, and the Max Knowledge demo request on the contact page. Information covered by a software or consulting agreement is described in that agreement.
The contact page shows two forms hosted at https://app.gotbots.si. The discovery form asks for your name, work email, company, an optional phone number, and a message. The demo form asks for the same details. Submitting a form sends it to that host. This website does not store those submissions in a database of its own. You can also write to sales@chilesand.co.
We do not ask you to create an account on this website.
We use a submission to reply about a discovery session or a demo and to understand the work you asked about. We use an optional phone number to call if you gave it. These forms do not ask you to opt in to texts. We do not use the form for advertising audiences.
Submitting a form on the contact page sends it to the form hosted at https://app.gotbots.si. We do not keep a separate website database of those messages. The providers that host the site, host those forms, and measure visits process the information needed to do that work. This page does not publish a separate subprocessor list, and it does not claim a certification for those providers.
A cookie banner asks you to accept or decline analytics. If you accept, and if analytics is turned on for that deployment, we load Google Analytics to count visits. We do not use it for ads. Advertising storage stays off. If you decline, the analytics script does not load.
Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. You can change it any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. If analytics is not configured, accepting does not load a tag.
The forms on the contact page do not ask you to opt in to text messages. Text messages are not a condition of asking for a discovery session, a demo, or any purchase. This website does not run a marketing text program from those forms.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do share it with the email and analytics providers that process it for us, and we may disclose it if the law requires it.
Messages submitted through the contact-page forms stay with the team that receives them until someone deletes them. The cookie choice stays in your browser for up to 180 days, or until you clear it.
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions on the contact page go to the forms hosted at https://app.gotbots.si. Those are ordinary safeguards for a marketing site. This notice does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, or any completed security audit.
To ask about information you sent through the form, including a request to access, correct, or delete it, email sales@chilesand.co. We may need to confirm you are the person who submitted it.
This website is a business site for companies. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
